Anti-inflammatory effect of conditioned medium of adipose tissue-derived stem cell culture in RAW 264.7 macrophages

ABSTRACT

The efficacy of anti - inflammatory effect of adipose - derived stem cell culture fluid was verified and its applicability as a functional cosmetic material was examined. Inhibition of cytotoxicity, nitric oxide (NO) production, cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2), JNK inhibitor, PI3K inhibitor, and P38 inhibitor and MEK inhibitor were measured to extract anti-inflammatory effects. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that there was no cytotoxicity to the adipose derived stem cell culture solution and the proliferation rate to the cells was increased. Inhibition of NO production and inhibition of COX2 were also confirmed, and it was confirmed that even when JNK and PI3K inhibitor were treated alone, high NO production was inhibited. These results suggest that the adipocyte stem cell culture fluid may be used as a functional cosmetic material having excellent anti - inflammation inhibitory effect.
